Often people call us and say that they are interested in getting outdoor landscape lighting for their home, but they want to know how the process works. Lexington Outdoor Lighting has a simple 5 step process!
1. Free Consultation
The first step is to set up a free consultation so that our outdoor lighting designer can set up a time to meet with you and survey your home and property! It is our goal to make this process as easy as possible. To do this we do not schedule consultation windows rather we schedule an exact time to meet with you so that you do not have to take a day off and wait around for hours!
2. Design and Plan
At your consultation, our lighting designer will develop an outdoor lighting plan designed according to your needs and wants, to enhance your night time experience, as well as increase the beauty and safety of your home.
3. Installation Day
Once you have signed off on a design plan it is time for us to install your outdoor lighting system. We will call and let you know when your installation day(s) is scheduled! At Lexington Outdoor Lighting our goal is to install your system and when we’re done it will look like we were never there. We go the extra mile to ensure that your system is installed as cleanly and efficiently as possible.
4. Follow Up After Installation
Within two weeks post installation, we’d like to set up a time to inspect your system, hear your feedback and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal efficiency, beauty and functionality.
5. Routine Maintenance
We offer various programs to fit your needs to keep your system working and looking like the day it was installed.
